Hello there! My name is Brenton Knott and I’m a landscape/wildlife photographer residing in Anchorage, Alaska. I first got into photography during my time at University of Maryland, Baltimore County. It wasn’t until after I moved to Alaska in 2014 that I truly wanted to extend my knowledge and skills of photography to capture the natural beauty that surrounded me. Shortly after arriving in the Northwestern Alaska hub village of Kotzebue, I purchased my first DSLR, a Canon T2i Rebel along with a couple of kit lenses and a Sigma 10-20mm. Throughout the years, I developed my own style and broadened my horizons on several niches I enjoy focusing on. I continue to showcase my work using Canon’s Mirrorless System with a variety of Canon RF and Sigma lenses. Follow along as I capture vast vistas with dramatic lighting, wildlife in their natural habitats and abstract textures with interesting patterns. I hope you enjoy!
